We opened our smoothie bar for the ultimate in health and wellness shakes and fruit smoothies. Before training drinks give endless energy for just the right periods of time and our after training shakes help with muscle fatigue and recovery.
The Club is structured in such a way that goals are easy to achieve and maintain. For adventurous training, we implemented MMA Boxing classes and the Warrior Obstacle Course. Full cardio divisions are set up for runners and cyclists and there are aerobics and circuit training options. Weight training can be done with state of the art equipment and personal trainers are there to assist with any training and workout questions.
We promote functional training and believe that a healthy lifestyle creates a healthy and balanced mind. Biokineticists are on-site at all times to assist with strength training after injury and ensure full recovery.
